What is your return/exchange policy? to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase,You may exchange a bracelet that is the wrong size within 30 days of the date of receipt. The purchaser agrees to cover the cost of shipping back to the warehouse. All merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and must be in perfect, saleable condition. Please use the original packaging when shipping bracelets back for exchanges, this helps to prevent damage during shipping. If your requested size is not in stock we will ship it at the earliest moment. Under no circumstances will refunds will be issued. By purchasing from this site you agree to our Terms of Service and Return Policy. 

What is your shipping Policy? Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2 business days. Average North American shipping time is 4-6 business days. For international shipments, expect a 12-21 Business day delivery time.
